Two 1960’s Industrial Ceiling Lights

Sourced from an on line auction site this is a pair of Industrial Photographic Lights dating from early 60s.

The shades are aluminum bearing the name ‘Photax Interfit Lighting.’

One has a slight crease to the top of shade. They were originally made to be fixed to tripods and have been converted to ceiling lights.

Description

Each light is fitted with a chrome BC (bayonet cap) bulb holder & black cable. The ceiling domes are black porcelain with adjustable grips & ceiling brackets so the required cable length can be attained & have a diameter of 120mm. Maximum drop from top of ceiling dome to base of shades is 1365mm. Shade depth is 210mm; diameter 340mm.

Tested & registered for electrical safety and the cable is fitted with bootlace crimps for easy connection.
