So, it’s now fully restored with new cream coloured braided three core cable and properly insulated connections and a cable grip in the ceiling rose. There’s an antique brass BC (bayonet cap) standard bulb holder and it’s ready to go. The weight capsule was missing its lid so I made one out of Perspex, chamfered the lip and cut a square hole in the middle to accept the top wheel bracket.

If we had anywhere in our home to use this it wouldn’t be for sale!

Min drop from ceiling rose: 920mm

The Light is tested and registered for electrical safety and should only be fitted to a suitably fused Lighting Circuit by a Qualified Electrician.
