A classic wooden Chinoiserie Table Lamp dating from the late Victorian/early Edwardian period. A couple of nibbles to the decoration here and there as one might expect but in good order with a dark Navy Blue background. The Lamp stands approx. 415mm tall with a hexagonal base of approx. 140mm across.

Description

Description

The Lamp was stripped down, cleaned and rewired with an Antique brass BC (bayonet cap) bulb holder. The cable is Brown braided flex, in keeping with the period which is approx. 2000mm in length. A black in-line switch and 3 amp plug are fitted, and there is an internal cable grip.

Now with a baize covered base Lamp is PAT (portable appliance test) tested, labelled and registered.
